- Marriage
- Suitable matches
- Responses from other members
- Successful relationships
Therefore, membership fees are not refundable based on personal outcomes.
Duplicate Payments :
In the event of a duplicate payment due to a technical error, the extra amount paid will be refunded after verification.
Failed Transactions :
If an amount is deducted but the membership is not activated, please contact support. After verification, the payment will either be processed correctly or refunded.
Account Violations :
No refund will be provided if an account is suspended or terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions.
